About Chetan!

Chetan is currently a Master’s student in Electrical Engineering with an exciting research focus on aerial robotics and environmental sensing. His work brings together UAV autonomy, state estimation, and advanced sensing technologies like hyperspectral imaging to enable real-world environmental monitoring and field-ready impact.

Current Roles:

He is currently pursuing graduate research in environmental monitoring through hyperspectral imaging on commercial UAV systems, alongside LiDAR integration on custom-built UAV platforms for real-time SLAM and precision environmental mapping. He is driven by a commitment to building robust, field-ready autonomous systems with meaningful environmental impact.
